About Us
The Male Room first opened its doors in 2018 on 4th Street, founded by Emily Weigel with a simple goal: to create a space where guys could get great haircuts and feel right at home.
In 2021, we expanded to our new spot on 3rd Street — a six-chair, 1,500-square-foot shop with plenty of room to relax. That same year, Emily teamed up with her husband, Galen Magee, who came on board as co-owner and GM, and together they built an amazing crew of men’s hair specialists: Heather Rae, Amanda, and Laurel.
